A Legacy of Tradition & Craft
Andriaccio’s Restaurant has been serving the Chautauqua community since 1982, when founders Guy and Antoinette Andriaccio transformed an old gas station at the corner of Route 394 and 33—just across from Chautauqua Institution—into a place centered around family, tradition, and great food.
Today, their recipes and legacy live on through their son Nick, his wife Sally, and their sons Jake and Justin. Together, three generations continue to uphold the Andriaccio name with pride, delivering exceptional cuisine and genuine hospitality built on over 40 years of dedication.
Our menu reflects that same balance of tradition and innovation, featuring handcrafted pasta dishes like carbonara and lasagna, specialty pizzas, and thoughtfully created daily features from our culinary team.
Our Team
Mark Morello
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Mark Morello is the Executive Chef at Andriaccio’s Restaurant. Having previously worked here over a decade ago, he returned after the restaurant’s expansion to Coppola’s Pizzeria in Bemus Point—drawn back to what he considers his second family.
Mark has worked every role in the kitchen, starting as a dishwasher and working his way up over a 23-year culinary career. A graduate of Paul Smith’s College, he has experience in both corporate and fine dining settings, and has also run his own catering business for over 14 years. His passion for cooking began at just nine years old, learning family recipes from his mother and grandmother.
“The Andriaccio family has become my second family,” Mark shares. “They’ve given me the freedom to take the menu and make it my own.”
The Andriaccio team is grateful to have him leading the kitchen and looks forward to the memorable meals he continues to create for every guest.

Jake Andriaccio has recently earned his Sommelier certification from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust, bringing a refined level of expertise and intention to Andriaccio’s beverage program. He has thoughtfully curated a diverse wine list that highlights some of the world’s most renowned wine regions, offering a range of selections that pair seamlessly with the menu—from classic Italian dishes to seasonal features.
Alongside his passion for wine, Jake’s love for mixology adds a creative and modern touch to the experience. From expertly crafted cocktails to unique, high-quality spirits, the bar program is designed for guests who enjoy exploring new flavors while still appreciating timeless favorites. His approach reflects the same philosophy found throughout Andriaccio’s—balancing tradition with innovation to create a well-rounded and memorable dining experience.
